Palliative Care
This is a special service we offer for patients who have complex needs and require supervision of a full time nurse who has the skills and knowledge
We engage actively with doctors and local hospice nurses to ensure the complex care plan is put in place and appropriate arrangements are in place before the resident arrives
On admission we will implement a comprehensive monitoring plan to ensure that the needs are addressed and monitored on an ongoing basis
Residential Care
Our residential well being is our main priority and family and friends can be rest assured that their loved ones are being taken care of by our trained and dedicated staff giving 24/7 support and care.services ensure that all residents receive 24 hour care and support.
All our bedrooms are fitted with call bell systems and our team of staff are always on hand and happy to assist our residents whatever their needs are.
A personalised care plan will be created and the nurse on duty and the care staff will get to know on a one to one basis and will be developing and reviewing their personalised care plans whilst offering support whenever it is needed.
